    1.1Main provisions
  1. 1.1.1By creating an account on the project AlternativeWorld you automatically and unconditionally confirm your familiarization and your full agreement with this set of rules and undertake not to violate them. In case of violation of the rules, the Administration reserves the right to determine any penalties and their terms at its discretion, without explanation and evidence.
  2. 1.1.2You agree to regularly visit the page with the rules of the game project. The administration has the full right to edit the rules without notifying the users. If the rules changes do not suit you, you must immediately refuse to use your account and play on the project.
  3. 1.1.3You confirm your agreement that the project administration has no obligations to you and accept that the game on the project is provided “as is”, as well as waive any claims to their decisions and actions. You agree that other members of the team also do not have any additional obligations to you, except for the general and official obligations specified in this set of rules. Access to the game on the server is free of charge and is not a service.
  4. 1.1.4You agree that any lost game resources, money transferred to your account, game resources purchased in the store are not refundable under any conditions or circumstances. All transfers to the account are voluntary donations for the development of the project and do not give you any exclusive right before the specified set of rules, and paid subscriptions are provided as a thank you for your support.
  5. 1.1.5You give your full consent to the collection, verification and disclosure of your personal information only in case of violation of the rules. Such information includes: your IP addresses, violating the rules of personal correspondence on the site and game servers, etc.
  6. 1.1.6The player himself is responsible for the security of his account and undertakes to comply with all appropriate security measures. In case of account hacking, the administration has every right to refuse to restore access to the account. The administration does not compensate for damage caused by users who accessed your account.
  7. 1.1.7You confirm that you are aware that your account, all assets you have collected, and all traces of activity on the servers and site may be irrevocably deleted. Deletion of user data is possible in case of absence of any activity for more than 45 days; inaccessibility of the mailbox specified in the profile; violation of the rules.
    1.2Gaming Accounts
  1. 1.2.1It is forbidden to sell or transfer accounts. Changing account ownership (misleading other players) is not allowed.   2. 1.2.2It is forbidden to register the following nicknames: - Containing mat, insults, foul or unacceptable in decent society, the names of illegal substances, etc. - Registration of such a nickname indicates the inadequacy of the owner. Such persons are not allowed to play on the server. - Containing words (including abbreviations and visually similar) groups of administration and positions on the project: “moder”, “admin”, etc. - It is forbidden to use in the nickname: the names of other Minecraft projects, famous channels from popular video hosting (video bloggers on video games); names of political figures, etc., etc. - Containing slang expressions. For example: lolKekCheburek, Motherfucker and others. - These nicknames are inappropriate. Punishment: The owner of the account is given 3 days to transfer game progress to a new account. After that the account with inappropriate nickname will be blocked
  3. 1.2.3The owner of the account is always responsible, regardless of who performed the actions under the account. This is not a reason to cancel or reduce the penalty. Account protection is primarily the responsibility of the account owner.
  4. 1.2.4 The administration can block and delete player accounts in the following cases: - One-time accounts. Such accounts are accounts that were last used more than 30 days ago (the date of the last visit) and the time interval between the date of registration and the last visit does not exceed 3 days. - The account is registered to a disposable or non-existent e-mail address - You can not register an account using services that provide a temporary mailbox. We only need your e-mail address so that you can regain access to your account, we will never spam you or give out your e-mail address. The use of temporary mail for us means that the owner does not care about the fate of his account, or you are a spammer. - Demonstration of desire to leave the project - If you decide to publicly declare your desire to leave the project, please note that you will have no way back - your account(s) will be blocked forever and you will not be able to register a new one. You must be responsible for your decisions. Therefore, it is better to leave quietly, so that you can come back later in case of anything.
    1.3Economy and Shops
  1. 1.3.1Prohibited any actions aimed at destabilizing the server economy. Punishment: Warning / Demolition of the store and warp. / Blocking of the account from 1 day.
  2. 1.3.2The price of items must not be lower than the minimum price. If there is no minimum price, it is deducted from the components of the kraft or determined by the player himself, based on adequate pricing and common sense. Punishment: Warning / Demolition of the store and warp. / Blocking of the account from 1 day.
  3. 1.3.3The unequal exchange (buying/selling) of items is forbidden. Punishment: Warning / Account blocking from 1 day.
  4. 1.3.4It is forbidden to steal items from public mechanisms, when conducting a trade transaction, as well as when dismantling in another region. Punishment: Warning / Account blocking from 1 day.
  5. 1.3.5In the store is forbidden to set traps, as well as to enable PvP mode! Punishment: Demolition of the store and warp. / Blocking of the account from 1 day.
