Launcher doesn't start or closes when opened?
Java software is required for stable operation of the client, other Java versions should not be on the system when launching the Launcher. If the problem with launching remains the same, then contact us in Discord.
The client is loaded up to a certain % amount and then closed.
Try deleting the folder with the client files and then try to log into the client again.
Gives a Bad Login error when trying to log in to the server.
You may have more than one AlternativeWorld launcher or client open. If so, close them and re-launch one of them. Otherwise check if you can authorize on the site, if not - most likely someone has accessed your account. Reset your password and set a new one.
I go into the game and the image shimmers with different colors, I can't see my inventory.
If your system has both integrated and discrete graphics card (Nvidia) then: Open “Nvidia Control Panel”, go to “Manage 3D Settings”, change the GPU parameter from “Auto Select” to “High Performance CPU”. If your system has only one graphics card, then you need to reinstall/update the graphics drivers
Java.io.FileNotFoundException: path_to_file (Access Denied) error
Add the folder with the client to antivirus exceptions. You can see the path to the folder in the launcher settings.
The client crashes and closes when started
Try increasing/decreasing RAM allocation in the launcher settings. If the problem remains the same, then provide the “latest.log” located in the “Logs” folder with the latest crash-report located in the “crash-reports” folder to the technical support of our Discord server with a description of the problem!
Spamming Out Of Memory
Dedicate more memory in the launcher settings.
